CATERING AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Hattie's offers catering for your every need...not just fried chicken!

Under the culinary guidance of Chef Jasper Alexander and the design team of Elizabeth Alexander and Jaime Diaz.

Jaime Diaz has previously catered for Martha Stewart and owned The White Glove Catering Company in Hollywood, California. There he catered for the Academy Awards numerous times, as well the Emmys. In addition to the awards ceremonies, Jaime's company also catered for the television shows "Cheers" and "Hill Street Blues". After leaving LA for Seattle, Jaime catered for Studio 7000. It wsa there that he met Elizabeth and together they catered numerous weddings and corporate parties for Nordstrom, Starbucks, and the Bon Marche'.

In addition to Studio 7000, Elizabeth was the catering and marketing director for four of Seattle's finest restaurants: Ponti Seafood Grill, Axis Restaurant, Adraditca and El Gaucho, Seattle's premiere steak house. She was responsible for booking such clients as Boeing, Tiffany's and the Seattle Mariners.

After moving to Saratoga, Beth and Jaime catered numerous fundraisers including A Benefit for the New York City Ballet and a Red Cross Benefit for Hurricane Katrina. In addition to fundraising they cater a yearly Travers Party for Shorey PR, Hattie's Annual Mardi Gras party and Temptations and Tiara's with Saratoga Trunk and ArEmAr Jewelry design.

Availability:
• Hattie's is available for Lunch events all through the year.
• We can accomodate special evening events on Mondays and Tuesdays, November-June.
• Our patio is available for semi-private parties (with the exception of Track season).
• Off premise caterings available year-round.
• In addition to catering we offer a wide variety of take-out services.
